Welcome, welcome... it's been ages!  I am SOoo happy that you've stopped by and checked in on little ole me!  Come in, have a sat, I was just brewing up a nice warm pot of "It's been waaay too long" to fill your cup with!

Look at you! Stand up and do a turn for me! But Caffe, you just told me to have a sat!  I know, I know, but I haven't seen you in years Darling and I wanted to see how much you've become, well, SO much MILFYier since the last time I saw you!  That is a word?  Why question why, after all, I'm Caffe and if I want MILFYier added to my dictionary, so be it and add it to yours too Darling!  And YES, you look DeeeVINE  my Lovely Friend!  You haven't changed not one bit.  Meee?  Well, of course my Dear, with my long legs and flirty smile... I AM the #1 MILF after all! *wink wink*

Now let's get down to business, you know, talking about... well... ME!  I do have enough stories to fill an entire library after all! With my quest for finding the perfect shade of lipstick for my pretty little pucker, it has been an endless adventure... ahhhh lipsticks!  They do keep me busy! Is my adventure over? Never!

So in the spirit of the FABulous Moi and because you missed me SOoo very much, I've decided to return for a bit and give you my Darling Friend some new perspectives from an older and wiser a BRAND NEW Caffe!! How lovely!

We can be Besties and talk about, well... Me... and talk about lipstick... and... and... more lipstick! Oh yes *clap clap clap* lots to chat about! 

Now Darling, please remember that I can get easily distracted around the makeup counter at Nordie's... and the aisles at Sephora have me spinning out of control! Double Trouble

Hello HELLO my Darling Darling Friend!!  Why YES!  I'm feeling a bit doubley... you know, like when I buy lipsticks... double the pleasure double the fun?  Caffe!  Where have you been and what are you talking about?  It's Meeeeeee!  The MILF!  And I feel FABulous!  So much so that I have to do everything at least twice!  Huh?  Yes, okay, I will talk in MILFspeak so that you can clearly understand my intentions when I say that I need another lipstick... another lipstick?  See?  I had to say lipstick twice... Come sit and let me fill your cup with a nice blend of, 'Catch Up to Caffe!'

LOL!!  Darling, I've missed you and I know that you've missed me too!  I mean, who's gonna tell you about all those back to school antics that comes with such brainless characters like the neighbor down the street who lets her kid.... ummm... well, are YOU my neighbor?  Well, I best not chat about that quite yet... and then there's that time that the TP got stuck high in the tooooo tall tree that I told my Swiffer Gal Pal to not... uhhhh... what was I saying?  I dunno, some kids in the neighborhood or something like that.. *ahem*  Lipstick!  Yes, yes... lipsticks is what I do best!  Let's talk about lipsticks and the best way to apply it to the bathroom mirror when leaving a sexy message for your ever beloved... Oooooooh, that sounds like a gooooood idea!

Oh my goodness!  I am all over the place!  I'm just soooo excited to chat with you my Dear, I think I need to switch to decaf and come back when the caffeine has exited my bloodstream just a bit... I am!  You know how I've always been an advocate for awareness and transparency, well, I'm doing just that... spreading awareness so that those who are interested will have a more clear understanding of what's going on in the world that I'm saving.  How do you like them apples?  Well, I like my apples with just a bit of blush added to my wonderfully sculpted  cheekbones, then if you add a nice bold red on the lips... what were we chatting about?  Ohhh, we were talking about ME!  Well that's easy to do, of course I got side tracked!

Hello hello my Darling Friend, I am soooo happy that you’re here!  Come in, have a sat, let me fill your cup with the most delicious... steamiest ever... one of a kind... last call... What?!  Last call on what?

Well my Dear, it’s been fun.  That’s all you have to say?  Of course not Darling, when am I ever at a loss for words?  Not to mention lipsticks... I’m never at a loss for lipsticks!  Berry, hot pink, sparkly mauve... Caffe!  Get to the point!

Hmmph... I’m working on it, I’m working on it... no lipstick chat for me?  Nope.  Okay, alright, my nose is powdered and I’ve got my boldest shade of red on so here I go...  

Caffeinated OC Mommy was created just about a year and almost a half ago as a place that I could go to, and write anything I want... anything.  Who would have thought that my little ole blog would cause such a ruckus!  Mommy Lessons were always a favorite as together we got a good chuckle at the bad parenting that has run amuck in today’s society, then there’s me and butt crack... who knew I’d become such a magnet... Ewwwww!  Lipstick, MILF, lipstick, MILF... how did it all start?

It just did.  I wrote, you came and gave me my nickname, Caffe, which I adore with all my heart.  I call you Darling and Dear, you call me Dahling, Daaaling and Dalink.  I blow you kisses, and you forever return them with Muuwah!  The best is when you send me an email, and tell me all about the lipstick you bought and it reminded you of me.  Do you know how very special that is?

Your friendship means the world to me and I will never forget you.  How could I forget your witty charm and FABulous personality?  Yes my Dear, I am saying Ta Ta... but don’t forget... Caffeinated OC Mommy was just as much YOU as she was me.

There's NO Place Like Home...

Hellooooo my Darling Friend!  I am back from the land of the flying monkeys!  I have survived Kansas and its 106 degree weather, and I’m hear to tell you that I don’t want to do it again... EVER!  Well... maybe if the Hubby bribes me with more lipsticks...

Speaking of lipsticks, I must unpack all my favorites then head to the nearest lipstick counter as the Olympics are on TV and I need to find an American Red in support of this FABulous event.  Oooh, how do I do it?  A new lipstick for every occasion!

Hubby’s travel destination...         Kansas.

Ka, Kaaaan.... KANSAS AGAIN??  Do we have to?  I did this trip already last year, why do we have to do it again?  Huh?  80th birthday party?  Will there be lots of booze and medication?  Because you know, Kansas in the middle of summer equates to Caffe having a need to be sedated to handle the alarm on the weather cube that forecasts upcoming tornadoes... the need to not care that the flying insects the size of a small child can be batted away with a shoe and a shrill scream... but most importantly, the need to be sedated when I realize that my favorite lipstick has made a puddle in my purse because the temperature outside is in the TRIPLE digits!!!!

Oh Gawd... I need a drink... do you have a cigarette Darling?  I don’t smoke Caffe.  Huh?  Yeah, me either...

Well Darling *sniff sniff sniff* I guess I should start packing *sniffle sniff sniff*... wish me well and pray for my safe return.  If you don’t hear from me for more than 2 weeks, send out the foot soldiers and a dozen helicopters to come and find me!

In the mean while, I’ve actually figured out how to use the timer thingy to put post up automatically... oooh, I’m getting sooo tech savvy!  So while I’m away, I have a new topic that will make you giggle like a school girl..."Caffe Quips" will help make the time fly while you’re missing me.

You know my Dear, I’m simply delighted that you stopped by.  It has been a zoo around my household lately and the day turns to night as quickly as I can reapply my favorite lipstick.  No Darling, I haven’t forgotten you, and you know you’re in my heart always.

I’ve been thinking... oh cut it out, I won’t get you into trouble this time... though you have to admit, getting into mischief with moi can be quite exhilarating!  Think of all the lovely neighbors that would admire our precision work decorating their trees and shrubs with TP!  Ahhhh the memories...

Now, what was I saying again?  OH... thinking.  Yes, I’ve been thinking about this little piece of web space known as Caffeinated OC Mommy and I think... I think... I think I’m going to take a little break and go on a mission.  A mission Caffe?  Yes a mission Darling!  I’m going to travel around to exotic locations looking near and far for the most delightful lipstick counters from all the little boutiques to the big boxed shopping malls!  What kind of mission did you think I meant?

I say there’s no time like the present, so I’ll start today!  I won’t be back until I have searched every counter at every store looking for the beautiful colors that I soooo long for... and when I’m done, I’ll return refreshed with a whole new collection of bold, shimmery stories lipsticks to quench your my desires!  Oooooh, I better get started...

Lipstick Addiction? Me???

Hello and Welcome my Darling Friend... I’m absolutely delighted that you’ve stopped by for a visit!  Come make yourself comfy, I’ve got a fresh pot of, ‘Social Media Addiction’ to fill your cup...

Hello, my name is Caffe and I’m an addict.  Uh huh, you heard me my Dear, I am... AH  DIC  TED!  No Darling, Ted is not a dick, that’s not what I meant and you know it... hmmph... just because I post about big decks and sexy MILFs doesn’t mean you can come visit me with your mind in the gutter!  On second thought, it is kind of naughty! 

You know I’m a fiend for shimmery lip colors, I can’t concentrate on my shopping list if I’m anywhere near the lipstick aisle... mauves, pinks, reds... Aaaack!  Hang on a second... is having an urge to buy a dozen new lipsticks every time I pass the lipstick aisle considered an addiction?  Well, maybe a little as this was not the addiction I was meaning to chat about...

Now that I took you over the river and through the woods, the addiction I’m talking about is... shhhh... I don’t want to say it too loud as I don’t want to wake the beast... SOCIAL MEDIA!!!  Oh yeah Caffe, now you’ve done it.

It all started with a little blog, then on to some social blogging sites.  Facebook and Twitter are a favorite to many, so I must see what the fuss is about... then the connections I’ve made along the way start inviting moi to their hangouts, and Darling, there are zillions!  Oooh, Pinterest?  What the heck is Triberr?  Klout is a what?  And now you want me to be a part of Empire Avenue?

Every site is something shiny and new... hey, no wonder I like it so much, it’s like when I buy a new lipstick!  With each new social tool that attracts my attention, an impulse to learn how they all work has stolen my complete attention ... oh why oh why couldn’t I be happy with just lipsticks?!  

So now you know my Dear Friend... I have more than one addiction, I mean, well, all the lipsticks I buy is considered one... right?  HEY, maybe I should explain how all this social stuff works... oooh, good idea!  Would you be interested in knowing about some of these sites I’m talking about?  Let me know in the comment section and I can write a post and maybe, sort of, explain just for you my Dear, what the heck it all means.

Changes for Caffeinated OC Mommy?

Hello Darling... I'm delighted that you're here.  


April 17th is drawing near and thoughts about why I started Caffeinated OC Mommy almost one year ago has been at the forefront of my mind.  Yes, I know my Dear Friend... this is definitely a different side of Caffe that's filling your cup right now, but I'm feeling a bit... how shall I say, sheer?  You know I'm always about wild berry lipstick... the bolder the better... but a translucent berry is just as pretty.


I've been thinking about a reveal post, well, not really a reveal, more of a real post.  So I chatted with the Hubby about posting my real picture and giving you a bit more of who this character, Caffeinated OC Mommy, really is.  You know what he told me?  


                                                   "Don't do it!"


He said that my readers liked reading about this confident, glamourous, imaginary MILF that they can identify with anyway they want to.  That the vision for Caffe is as different for each individual reader as my collection of lovely lipsticks.

What Do You Wanna Know Darling? An Interview...

Well Hello my Dear Friend... I’m so delighted that you’ve stopped by for a visit!  I’ve got a fresh brew ready to fill your cup...

I got a tweet the other day from my Darling Friend Gina who is the funny lady behind, Full Of It.  She said she had something for me and I immediately began thinking about what color my new shade of lipstick that my Dear Gina got for me.  To my surprise, it was one of those tag interviews that I usually avoid like the plague... BUT, I said I would do it and now I’m mulling over my computer wondering why I said yes if I can get away without doing it at all.

Now, now, now Caffe... that’s not how a lady behaves!  Who said anything about being a lady??  I’m a MILF!  Alright, alright... No, I don't Darling... we all know the story when there are kids around and the interruption rate in my household is every 30 seconds... so I can't always post when I want to... then there's looking for unleaded lipstick...

I have several, actually, I have way more than that my Dear.  I've met so many FABulous Mommys in the BlogSphere that have become my Darling Friends. I don't dare write just one  favorite, as each blog is as unique as the FABulous writer behind it.

3.  If you could go anywhere on your next vacation, where would you go? 

Home... I want to go back to my little grass shack...

4.  What gave you the impetus to start blogging?

Well Darling, I'm actually not new to blogging.  {{GASP!}}  You see my Dear, I'm actually pretty good at more than just lipsticks... and the mystery continues...

Maybe?  I mean, I'm a yes until Pinterest came out with their new TOS... 

6.   What is your favorite holiday and why?

Any holiday is my favorite holiday if I get to buy a new lipstick to celebrate with!

One child with braces (eating has become hard), and the other decided on becoming a vegetarian (really?), the Hubby is allergic to cheese... HELP!!

This group was formed over at BSN and being the Mini Celeb that I am, I was invited to join.  Meeee?   A Bad Girl??  Hmmm... I started thinking about what it means to be a Bad Girl of Blogging...

I have a post titled, Oral Contraceptives Should Be Hot Pink & Glow in the Dark!, would I want my Mother in-law to read it?

If I had to explain the definition of a MILF to my son, could I do it without my cheeks turning as bright as my brightest shade of lipstick?

Butt Crack... is that subject a bit taboo?  And then to do it twice...

Is it so wrong to write a Dos and Don’ts list for TPing someone’s house?

Am I a tease for not giving the details to the Peter Penis song?

Does preparing myself with valium and a Costco sized box of wine sound like a good idea?

And then there’s my bellybutton, yeah, okay... so I made some new friends with the valets.

Does infuriating a reader (okay, they’re definitely not my reader anymore!) make me bad?
